In Nordic mythology Ansuz is the rune associated with the Nordic god Odin which translates into “communication through the god of wind”. It tells a story about wisdom, clarity and truth, all capacities that underlines our audio cable philosophy of limiting negative effects to a degree where it is either removed or no longer hearable.

Every material used in audio resonates and imprints its own sonic footprint on the sound we hear – audio cables included. They are affected by interference from various sources such as airborne noise, disturbances from the mains and mechanically unstable surroundings, all of which significantly limit the performance.

Many of these issues are beyond our control and in most cases can’t be fully eliminated. However, in our quest to create the optimum sonic experience, we went to extreme and unorthodox methods to invent technologies that effectively bypass these issues to raise the sound quality to even higher standards.

Experimenting with different materials and their properties is mandatory on our road towards new discoveries and performance leaps. It involves thousands of attempts, of which most, unfortunately, are dead ends, but we firmly believe that this approach is worth the effort.
